"I am extremely disappointed with Toyota service. The Toyota Service Department called me and informed me that I had a free service available. On the phone, I mentioned that I didn’t think I had a free service left, but they insisted that I did. To be sure, I hung up and called back, and once again, they confirmed that I had a free service available. Trusting this information, I scheduled an appointment and went to the service center. I even had emails and messages from them confirming this information, which I showed to the service department. Despite this, when I arrived, they told me that it was a misunderstanding and demanded payment for the service. I can’t understand what kind of scam this is. This situation completely disrupted my plans, and I feel misled by the incorrect information I received. It is unacceptable for a big brand like Toyota to make such mistakes. There is a serious lack of customer satisfaction and honesty here. After this experience, my trust in Toyota has been seriously shaken. Offering a free service and then saying it was a mistake and charging for it is completely unacceptable."

"They helped me to get a new vehicle that was desperately needed and worked with my budget. They were able to make it happen! Brandon was who mainly helped me and he made me feel very comfortable and assured me that I would be taken care of! I would definitely recommend getting your next vehicle here!"

"I usually never write reviews, but I feel that I need to share this recent experience. I've been a loyal customer of this dealership for years because of their reliable service, but my recent visit left me deeply disappointed. After losing my key, I had my vehicle towed to them to have a new one programmed. They claimed an $8k fix was necessary as they could not program any new keys and stated I needed to have the vehicle computer system replaced. I received a second opinion from a locksmith company that resolved the issue for a fraction of the cost and didn't require any unnecessary "fix", as reported by the dealership. Nonetheless, I discovered two fresh dents on the right side doors after taking the vehicle. No one bothered to mention them and it should be noted these damages were absent prior to my visit, indicating they occurred while in their care. The dealership's dishonesty and failure to disclose the damage are deeply troubling. Despite leaving my vehicle with them for two weeks, not once did they mention the incident. Moving forward, I am pursuing legal recourse to have this matter handled. It's a shame to see such a reputable dealership fall short of its standards."

"I came here to buy a car with my brother and a friend. We ended up buying the car for me thinking it was a clean car like it was advertised to us but nobody ever mentioned that the car had “Lot Damage” and it was repainted very poorly from roof to the front bumper to the trunk, almost everywhere. When we came back they said they did not have to disclose anything about the car and acted like we are the ones who are at fault for getting the car. Super weak experience and they absolutely do not make it up to the Toyota standards, for treating customers like that and hiding important stuff. l will not let those guys scam us like that. And nobody should as well. Go to any other Toyota and you’ll be better off l promise."
