"I had such a level of dissatisfaction with this location and the inventory team , primarily by rea and Gabriel. I placed an original order 2 years ago for a Ford maverick , when it arrived the interior was all wrong and nothing on the inside was what I ordered. I thought it may have been a mistake so we just ordered a new one. I then went months without any word so placed another order to see what was going on . I finally was reached out to by Gabriel and he then involved Rea about the status of my order and it still hadn't been assembled after months of uncertainty. Then over the summer I reached out to Gabriel twice and I wanted to talk to a manager instead of him and I heard nothing else , finally I emailed one more time about everything and it still went unanswered. After all of this I was done with this horrific service I received from everyone , and today I received a text message by Gabriel saying that my order finally arrived , I messaged back respectfully declining and giving detail in why I no longer wanted to work this location, if I could score a 0 with service I would . Being a general manager as well I have no idea how a place can run with that type of bad communication ."

"I was VERY DISSAPOINTED by my visit to Envision motors formerly know as vista ford. I walked in too ask about ford maverick to my surprise they had they same one I wanted to order. So I asked if it was for sale i was told someone had ordered it but they miss placed the person's number, so it was for sale. We sat down and I waited they came back with the RIDICULOUS price of $51,000+ for a ford xlt hybrid Maverick and then I was walking out and they had a new price $41,000 + I was extremely disappointed. I can oder this truck for under $30k directly from ford. We all work way to hard for our money to get taken advantage this way. P.S.- If you ordered a Maverick hybrid from vista ford in cactus grey it's there and it's for sale."

"I had restrictions on my back up key and my original key was broke. After trying to remove restrictions on my own I called Ford. Technicians could not help me and said I had to purchase a new key ($150) and then get it programmed to my truck ($135) total of $300 after taxes and extra fees. I made an appointment with Ford Oxnard. Peter from the Service Dept. took my back up and removed the restrictions in 2 Minutes. Thank you Peter for saving me $300. That is what will keep customers coming back. I told him what I wanted. He didn't try to sell me a new key. I know I need a spare which I will be getting soon. He was quick, to the point, and did exactly what I asked him to do. Thank you Peter!"
