"I’ve brought my truck to this dealer a few times for general maintenance and warranty repair. Ok service, nothing note worthy. Good or bad. I was in need of an oil change so I made an appointment. A few days before my appointment I had a check engine light come on. I could have run to a parts place and used their code reader for free to check the code but decided to wait till I had my oil changed. HUGE MISTAKE!! They charged me $250 to check the code. No work done, just checking the code! When I asked for an explanation for the absurd charge, they tried saying it was for a professional diagnosis. The same “professional diagnosis” I got when I googled the code. These crooks just lost a customer for life."
