"Weekend Hauler owner Fil is an absolute crook! My wife and I called him in January to reserve a trailer for a one week camping trip we had planned for the end of March. First off, he was not responsive at all. We called him several times and it always took him several days to get back to us. Kind of annoying when you're trying to plan and book a trip. We finally got a hold of him, reserved one of his trailers, and paid a $250 deposit. As part of our contract, he was supposed to deliver and pick up the trailer at the campsite. March came along, the COVID-19 mess happened, and the quarantine lock-down unfolded. My wife and I contemplated still going on the camping trip, thinking we would be safe away from the crowds at the campsite. We were on the fence about it. We eventually erred on the safe side and called Fil to see if we could cancel the trailer rental and get our refund back. We called him and sent text messages several times. It took him a week to finally get back to us. We explained the situation and he agreed to cancel our reservation and refund our deposit. He told us to send him an email explaining the cancellation, which we did, and stated the deposit would take up to 2 weeks to show up on our credit card. It's now been a month and half and still no refund. We called him numerous times and sent numerous text messages, but he never responded and has completely ignored us. Had he told us that he was not willing to refund our deposit, then we would have gone on the camping trip and had him deliver the trailer, instead of losing our $250 deposit. But we took him on his word that would refund our money and did not go. He lied to us, took our money, never delivered the trailer, and did not render the services that he was supposed to after taking our money. He basically took our money and ran. Fil is an absolute crook! Good luck if you decide to use him!"

"Rented a trailer from them last weekend and am very satisfied. The price was great, the trailer itself was clean and well maintained, easily sleep 8 adults no problem. Friendly staff, Fil the owner was great he explained all we needed to know about the trailer and answered all our questions. Was dropped off on time best trailer I’ve rented so far. Will definitely be coming back."
