"Usually good sandwiches, but expensive. Service needs to be better. I bought a sandwich, when I got home and was going to eat it I found a hair in it. I took it back and they gave me a refund. What about the hassle, gas, time? They should have given me a coupon for a free sandwich. All I got was a sorry bout that. Update 09/25/21: went back, it wasn't busy. I had a 4 minute staring contest with the employee. She didn't ask if I was ready to order, in fact she didn't say anything for minutes, she just stood there. The only reason she said anything was because people walked in and got in line behind me. Otherwise I'd still be standing there."
