"Nordstrom does nothing to enhance positive customer experiences like the San Clemente location. Store personnel have zero engagement with customers and are only seen re-racking merchandise. Minus 2 stars! The customers themselves need to have manners in a store, act and not raise their voices and teach their children some manners. Minus 2 stars! Lack of customer engagement combined with staff permitting customers to be loud and obnoxious promotes an environment that is unwelcoming and stressful. Nordstrom should reserve the right to refuse service and promote codes of conduct for customers to follow, or they are asked to leave. Now that's investing in class!"

"This store does not have a separate line for returns. I know San Marcos store does. I am disappointed in the Nordstrom customer service here so far. Is it because it’s The Rack? I was told to go to the line of 20+ people making purchases to make my return and I asked for the manager and she blew me off and said she would tell her my concern. So far the register is very crowded area and store is a bit congested. I may still just go to San Marcos and avoid the chaos. Bummer"
