While cleaning my 35-year old guitar, I broke the volume knob --- just slightly important when playing Van Halen tunes, like Cathedral and Romeo Delight. Billy spent all day figuring out how to swap available parts with the existing circuit board and restore full functionality. And not only that, he added a cosmetic touch that only the most VH of VH aficionados would appreciate. Above and beyond, my man. Thank you!"
