"We were traveling through FL with the kids when the car began shaking violently. At least 4 warnings popped up on the dash and we had to pull off at the nearest exit. Thank goodness we were in Lake City and close to Tire Kingdom. They did a full diagnostic, replaced a tire, and took care of all problems until every warning sign had been cleared. What a relief to get back on the road safely! Samantha and Spencer took such great care of us. I highly recommend them!"

"I spoke with a Mr. Ed Robertson in the store to see if he could squeeze me in for an alignment check. He told me.could.but it would be about an hour. I said fine and went to the waiting room. While waiting there was an emergency medical situation out in the parking lot. Mr Ed came out and took control of the scene, and was advising 911 of the medical emergency. During this event, he made sure the shop workers kept doing their jobs so that when it cleared, the customers could finish up and return to their activities. Great job all around with everyone doing what they were suppose to do and to stay away from the medical emergency so as not to frighten the customer that had an medical emergency. Kudos Tire Kingdom/Mavis for a well trained staff."

"I'm a store manager myself when somebody calls out you call someone in and you don't reschedule a whole day's worth of appointments for alignments that's a waste of money. Cross train your employees this place is gone downhill since Bill left it maybe y'all should have just offered him more money and he might have stuck around. The only plus about it is that the lady that works the front is pretty freaking awesome All the rest of them there kind of suck.... And a few months back spent $600 to get brand new tires instead of them telling me that I needed control arms they sold me new tires to put on my car and I find out a few months later that I just wasted $600 because they didn't tell me I needed parts or mechanic work done. When did they stop trying to sell you stuff."

"I didn't get those really nice, high mileage, tires. I didn't get the cheapo tires that the tread falls off after 6 months either. What happened is I needed new tires that would last as long as the brand name tires without breaking my back financially. Tire Kingdom delivered! They were not condescending, rude, or demeaning to my situation. Rather, they were empathetic and helpful towards my needs. They were the epitome of politeness, and they impressed upon me their gratitude for my purchase. Prices were fair as well. I will definitely go back. I recommend."
