"The oven part of our stove/oven range stopped working Thursday night despite the control button lighting up when I set the temperature to 350 F. Friday morning we called Better Service and they came out within a few hours, fixed the problem within an hour (it was a burnt wire connection in back of stove) and charged us a very small reasonable fee. "Had a built in convection microwave go out. New ones are not inexpensive and this was a matched style to our built in oven, so I wanted it repaired if possible. As I figured, most repair companies don't repair residential micros often due to its normally inexpensive to buy new. However, they came out to look over and test. Found out several components went bad and had to order a couple parts. After the parts came in and during the install work, Tommy noticed he didn't have a fuse that was needed, it was ordered, but stil at the shop. He came back the very next day with that final part to finish and everything worked great! They originally gave me a quote for the repairs but in the end, Tommy said the repairs went better than anticipated and thus the cost was less than that quote. That was a nice surprise as I absolutely wouldn't have known either way. The fact that he reduced the price to reflect what he felt was his actual cost is a reflection on the outstanding type of person he is and company he has. This integrity is of the highest standard! Without a doubt, he will be the first company I call for any appliance repairs!"
