"The staff at this location is top tier. I wish I can remember everyone I came in contact with from the front desk clerk, the xray tech and ultrasound tech and last but not least to the nurses Whitney and Elijah and the Doctor. They were pleasant from the time I walked into the ER which made my experience unforgettable. Everyone was so compassionate and accommodating . I have never receieved bedside manners like I did at this location. The have set the bar very high and I appreciate the staff at this location...AWESOME JOB !!!!!"

"The staff and nurses were very rude and dismissive. Even though I called and asked for clarification about certain issues over the phone(and they assured me of an answer), the nurse that attended to us was very rude and demeaning about those same issues I had already inquired about. I would not recommend coming here. There are many other places that I’m sure you could find better treatment and be met with much more respect. To all staff that treated us with respect and empathy, thank you. However, I would hope that you would consider looking into the complaints you’ve received with other rude staff."

"Came here for the first time and the building is under construction and no one was at the desk .i checked in as it said on glass window and waited to be called for 45 mins ,with so many cars in the lot I would have thought it was a full house but no one came to check on me I screamed hello thru the glass window to see if someone would come no one came ,the restroom is out of order and door is locked to proceed to the back ,this is a no go for a emergency room ,they minus well just not opened ,if no one is working .its crickets in here and I came because I am in pain with my tooth and my face swollen I can barely talk."

"I have nothing but good things to say about this ER. To begin we went in on a holiday and the staff was prompt, respectful and caring. Working on a holiday should speak volumes on it's own but still there is more to say. The nurse and doctor on staff were impeccable. They made me feel at ease despite having an injured child. They were so gentle with the little one. Luckily he was able to go home after all checked out. And he was so comfortable by the end of it he was actually smiling when we left. The equipment looked and performed better than other medical facilities I've visited. It was evident every staff member we encountered was highly trained in the technical aspects and bedside manner. I know no one wants to have to be there, but if ever again I have to visit an ER, I would definitely go to HCA Heights."

"Quick , fast and professional. They will check you in quickly and they do have wheelchair ramps inside and outside. The entire staff is very friendly and focused on helping you with your problem. If you need a great urgent care this one is definitely it."
