"AWESOME place to live! I lived here for a year (20202-2021) and have nothing except positive things to say about this organization, the building, and the family that runs it. This was possibly my favorite place I have ever lived. I'm a guy, covered in tattoos, who's lived a different life. I'm an honest, kind hearted, and peaceful person though and that's how I felt I was viewed and treated by the Gail, her family, and the rest of the staff at BayShore Realty my entire stay there. Aside from being kind, good people, they are extremely responsible and if anything needs to be fixed in your place, they take care of it immediately and will communicate with you in a timely manner, always. The on site washer and dryer they have on the facility are high quality and work good as well. It's extremely quiet and peaceful. All of the neighbors are completely different people with different lives but everyone is respectful and quiet dive. I had a job opportunity in St Petersburg plus I needed move but if it wasn't for that, I would still be renting from BayShore. It was nice, quiet, safe, and priced right. I would give Bayshore 6 stars just because of how nice Gail, her husband Robert, and the rest of their family were to me my entire stay there. Overall, if you're looking for a place to rent in the area, I could not recommend this place enough. A truly great place to live run by a truly great staff!"
