Welcome to Nature Coast Ministries, a compassionate faith-based 501(c)3 organization dedicated to serving the community of Crystal River, Florida, and beyond. Located at 7655 West Gulf to Lake Highway, our mission is to embody the love, hope, and forgiveness of Jesus Christ through meaningful actions that enhance the quality of life for our fellow citizens, while honoring their dignity and diverse backgrounds.
Since our inception in 2014, Nature Coast Ministries has been a beacon of support, providing over $2 million in no-cost dental care to veterans and individuals living below the federal poverty guidelines. Our No-Cost Dental Clinic offers comprehensive services, including evaluations, X-rays, fillings, and extractions, aimed at alleviating acute dental pain and reducing emergency room visits. We are committed to creating a direct referral program with local hospitals to streamline access to our services for those in need.
In Citrus County, where over 16.7% of the population lives below the poverty line, our clinic serves as a critical resource for more than 30,000 qualifying residents. Our thrift shop, a vital component of our operations, helps fund these benevolent efforts while providing affordable, quality merchandise to struggling families. The shop also supports individuals in crisis, such as grandparents raising grandchildren, veterans, single parents, domestic abuse survivors, and those affected by disasters.

"Very misleading on prices. Two similar items that appeared to be sold in a set marked for $6, apparently was $6/ea. Very disappointed as I needed both and not just the one. Y'all should take better care how you group items together and price them. These items were clamped together on the same hanger, all other apparel was marked at $1, why on earth would you make someone pay $6 for one pair of shorts when they were clearly meant to be sold as a set? I'm not coming back. I should just return the darn things out of principal."
