"Unbelievably rude!!! We’ve been going there for 8 years. While they’ve never been friendly, today the owner was actual hostile! Even though the sign says “Same Day”, they refused to clean all of our dry cleaning in the same day. When I tried to get my dirty clothes back, the owner grabbed them and threatened me. I actually had to call the police to get my clothes back. As a small business, I feel badly if he has a labor shortage but his behavior is out of control."
"This is the absolute worst dry cleaning business I have ever been to. The owner apparently does all of the services and he is rarely available, which makes it difficult to address the issues that have occurred with my dry cleaning. I had dropped off a faux fur blanket and a simple t shirt, expecting no issues, as they are simple items to dry clean. However, when I picked them up, not only was my blanket pilled and destroyed, the label on the front of my white t-shirt was also rippled and ruined. When I picked up my dry cleaning, there was only one employee there. I have never seen any other employee besides this young woman working; there are never workers in back either. This to me is strange. I will be bringing my receipt and dry cleaning items back to show the owner the damage that he has done. Not only is this disappointing because my items are no longer in tact, but it’s disappointing because this issue that could have been easily avoided, is now taking up my time."
"They do excellent work. I was using them for over two years and never had a problem. I recently moved and forgot I had several shirts left there. The owner shipped them to me free of charge. That shows excellent integrity. Trust me, you want to do all of your dry cleaning here."
"Terrible staff that doesn't understand customer service. I had four bags of drycleaning and she said she wasn't going to take that much because she was closing for the day. I went back and she was rude. I left messages for the owner 3 times and he never called me back. Awful way to run a business. I will never go back with so many other fine cleaners in Clearwater."
