"I can see why this place only has 1.2 star rating. The female owner of this place has gotta be one of the nastiest human specimens i've ever encountered in my whole life. She obviously is madly in love with the restaurant owner next door and is unreciprocated. When asked if I could park in one of her parking spaces for just a couple minutes to speak with someone inside, she vehemently and venomously stated no. What she should really say is, "You can't park here because i'm a nasty, vile, see you next tuesday and I obviously have a disgruntled relationship with my co strip mall businesses going back decades because I have an inability to communicate well with others or be a decent human." "The lady working there was extremely rude when I asked if I could park out front, even insinuating that I was dumb by the color of my hair. I would give zero stars if I could. Do not give this business your money!"
"Lady inside wasn’t friendly or shall I say completely silent. Not a hi, welcome, anything. I was going to give this place a chance since our laundry service is down for the week but geez, I walked in to look around and check the prices and it’s dirty and overpriced. For a wash it’s 2.75 (one load) and the dryers are the same. I walked out and went to 606 union street. Prices are better and the place was quiet and decently clean."
"No stars! Let me just say that Dunedin is known for friendliness and this place is making a bad name! I understand they have parking marked for laundry patrons only and that's fine but there's no need to yell at people and be nasty about it,there's way to much of that in the world simply just say we would like to save these spaces for the laundry mat and redirect people to kindly park at another location..and if you have no customers and all spots open what's going to hurt your business more,letting someone park for 2 mins or yelling! Simple acts of kindness go along way! Good luck with your business I'll never come here or suggest it"
