"We’ve had a hell of a time dealing with our insurance company to manage a leak that caused extensive damage in our walls. The only silver lining was that master restoration was the company that insurance sent out to do the remediation. Will was the project manager and he was super friendly and understanding and it was great that they could make their schedule fit mine. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that came out and took out all the drywall and performed the remediation because he was super efficient, nice, and informative. Today Daniel came to pick up the equipment and finish the work and he was also super friendly and insured everything was documented appropriately. I would highly recommend this company as for anyone that needs a restoration company."
