"Awesome trailer park! Very well kept, everyone seemed fairly nice. Many of the homes sit along the water and offer awesome views if you don't happen to live on the water, it's ok because your only minutes from the beach! I'd definitely rank it in the top 5 of the 55+mobile home communitys"

"This has been my neighborhood for over two years ago and I love everything about it!! It's very well maintained and my neighbors are the best,we look out for and care about each other, we enjoy many fun parties, dinners, dances with great music and fun outings to fun community events,like plays and concerts. And best of all, it's only 15 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! If you're looking for a great place to live, look no further than our beautiful, close to everything neighborhood!"
"My dad lives here. It is very nice. The people are lovely. They really vet out the applicants as to keep the park as serene as it is. I am very pleased that my father has found such a nice and safe place to live out his golden years. I love to visit him there and everyone is so very gracious to my children and me when we do. My father loves his trailer. I am very happy with him and very content with this place. They do a lot of leg work for background checks and financial approval. That takes time. Not always do people get accepted. But these folks still need to be paid for their time. It clearly states on the application that the fee in nonrefundable. This is not a scam as some have claimed. They must be bitter from being denied. Swan lake village is great."
