"My extended family always uses Pam's Realty for all our house buying in the greater Pensacola/Pace/Milton area. Pam has gone way beyond what other realtors in the area were willing to do in terms of overall time spent, willingness to be available even on holidys and extreemly short notice, willingness to listen and really understand not only the dimentions and neighborhood desired by each person - but also what peculiarity they are looking for that would make it feel like a HOME for them. "Absolutely horrible. Liar and a flake. Will set up an appointment and not show up. I had an appointment set to look at one of her rentals. Had more than enough cash to pay 3 months rent plus all deposits. She never responded to any of 3 voicemails I left, however when a male friend called, she answered immediately and set up an appointment with him....still never responded to me!!! She set up an appointment with him to view the property, after 30 minutes PAST the showing time, we called her only to find out she had received an application on the house the day before and only takes one application at a time, however, she NEVER contacted us to let us know, nor did she show up. My family has owned a large real estate office locally for over 50 years, I assure you, if they ran their office like she does, they would have been out of business years ago. What a disappointment. Glad I found out how much of a liar and how underhanded she is before I locked myself into a lease with the devil..."
