"Very brief visit, maybe 10 minutes , for an initial meeting. Listened to my complaints. I was surprised that no exam was done, or MRI for further evaluation.Recommended physical therapy, with no follow up . Subsequently was seen by another physician, had MRI. I have since had 2 epidural steroid infusions for the stenosis, with possibility of laminectomy . Surprised that my pain and mobility issues seemed to dismissed. Is it because I am 71 years old ? Is there a mindset that this is a normal aging process?"

"I just had a left total knee replacement and I did my homework. Doctor Old was wonderful and listen to my requests. I did not have staples and I did have a press fit knee. He answered all my questions and I did spend one night in the hospital. I have a lot of respect for a doctor that's willing to work with you. So far so good and my pain is under control. I would recommend him without hesitation. The only thing I might have done different was request no tourniquet."
