"The first message I left My son received a text that read . I'm sorry but I have no appointments available. Is this how you handle a new patient? "So unprofessional." The next day I left a message to make an appointment with someone else in the practice and she never even acknoldged my message. My son was reaching out to me to get him some help because he's in a bad place and wants to talk to someone. I explained this in my messages to both therapist's and they both handled it very poorly in my opinion. I would not recommend this practice."
