"I normally don’t leave negative reviews for any business but this was a terrible experience. When I went in with Gel X tips they first tell me that they’ll fall off in two days (they won’t. I’ve done my nails before) and attempted to get me to use the highest priced product instead without even telling me about this price. I ended up deciding to go with the acrylics option and started getting my tips removed via drill bits and a soak off. The man who serviced me (I think his name is spelled Daht, pronounced Dot) was extremely unprofessional and would not stop hitting my skin with the bits and kept drilling way too harsh on my nails. I even started bleeding in some spots and he would scoff every now and then and continue impatiently drill product off. I asked a question to see if they’d have a more translucent acrylic option and my question was only met with, “do you know what acrylic is, “ and a scoff. I was done by halfway through the removal product and decided to myself to finish the removal, pay, then leave. I just couldn’t trust a hand that harsh on my nails to work on them. This is exactly why I have a distrust of nail salons and prefer to find local and small business nail techs. Can’t speak on the other employees, but this particular man was the worst experience I’ve had getting my nails done."

"Nina’s always offers the most relaxing, feel-good experience. Everyone working there is friendly, happy to help, and does a great job. There is never a time I’ve gone in and they haven’t done a wonderful job. They offer you a drink every time and really just make you feel comfortable. Also the pedicure chairs are the best massage chairs I’ve ever sat in! If you don’t go here you’re truly missing out on a great time. This local owner has worked in Crestview for years saving up to open up her own shop and seeing her not only accomplish her dreams but also open the best nail salon around, has been a beautiful thing to see! Go support this local artist and rest assure Nina can do just about anything you can imagine for your nails to look fabulous!"
