"I contacted this doctors office explaining in detail that I was a new patient looking for a good doctor and from the reviews, I thought she was a nice fit but when I begin corresponding with her receptionist (who never said she wasn't taking new patients) through email, she collected all of my personal information, including photos of my health insurance cards and afterward, she tells me that the doctor said she doesn't know me so she won't take me as a new patient and tried to push me off on another doctor. I've never heard of this before. If I'm trying to be a new patient, you'll get to know me as a patient. That's insulting and very unprofessional. I'll never recommend this doctor or anyone affiliated with her."
