"System has been down for days no phone somehow but still accepting appointments, don’t bother to tell their customers that they still haven’t resolved any issues and are then accepting cash only so when you show up for an appointment you had to make 3 days later at 9am you realize you wasted your time."
"Place has zero customer service! All of the stylist saw me walk in and none made an effort to say someone will be with you, I had to make eye contact and ask if someone is at the front counter. I made an appointment, they said I would have to wait, so they can evevalute how long my wait would be. What is the purpose of making an appointment if you are not going to honor it."
"The people that work here have zero integrity they will charge you at any means necessary even if you had no results. they will not refund your money and time but will ignore your calls and all of a sudden you won't be able to reach the manager. If you want to waste time and no ey and damage your hair well this location does just that"
"I get my hair cut here every few months and I’ll be honest, I have very easy hair to cut. Nothing fancy, trim my very straight hair. I don’t have a preferred stylist because they all have the ability to trim off 1-2 inches of hair, blow dry and wash. It’s quick, service is fine, and staff are pleasant. I also take my son there to get his hair cut. He’s young and they are sweet with him and again, do a good job. Their prices are very reasonable. You should book online, they don’t like walk-ins and will turn you away because they are normally pretty busy. Anything fancy or a color job I go somewhere else, but for basic, quick service, this place is very reliable. Parking is inside the garage and is free. There is an elevator and stairs."
