"I was referred to Dr. PATTON by my cardiologist. DR. Howard Rubin. I hate going to new doctors. So many rush you in and out and their bedside manner is to be desired. This was My first time ever seeing a neurologist. I was so nervous. He was so kind and patient and informative. I told him I had white coat syndrome. And his response with a smile was, " that's why I don't have on a white coat. " He put be totally at ease. I am almost 80 years old and have used the same doctors for a very long time. So it's hard going to a new one. But I can tell you, this doctor is kind, informative and I would refer him to anyone needing a neurologist. Carol Vackar"

"One of the worst experiences I have had dealing with the front desk staff. Arrived at my appointment late due to traffic, tried to call as soon as I saw the traffic but phone were “off” office closed for lunch. Arrived at the office was advised it was too late to be seen. I don’t even it was the issue- The issue was no one advised the office is closed from 12-1 so you can’t get through. When asked what do was told need call before 12 if you know you will be late cuz once phones are off you just have to wait. Coupled with it was a first visit, which already caused anxiety and a panic attack. Along with the fact I walked up 6 flights of stairs because the elevator caused more anxiety. The lack of empathy the office showed let me know this is not the office showed. The doctors maybe great but will never know because couldn’t get pass the front desk."

"Dr Cherches is an excellent physician. I had a small neuro issue and he explained everything to me and made me feel that no question was too dumb. I could feel I was getting cared for by an experienced clinician and was getting the treatment advice that was best for me. Everything was efficient and there was no waiting around. The staff were pleasant, kind and caring. I highly recommend!"
