"I was scheduled for about a month or so to see a Doctor here. I had been there before, but I am now limited to VA care so this was scheduled through VA Community Care. I arrived and they asked for a co-pay of $315.00. I said, I'm sorry I shouldn't have a co-pay, I'm scheduled through the VA. Then they tell me that they don't have my authorization. I'm was pretty sure that the VA has messed up again, so I start making phone calls. It turns out, the VA didn't mess up, the office's virtual scheduler calls me later to schedule an appointment. She tells me that they had my approval around 1 p.m. the previous day. I speak to the office manger who tells me, and I'm paraphrasing here, We can't change our policy for you. This is after making a show of calling the scheduler to see if anyone has it. OK, you have it, let's make an appointment. The next available appointment is December. No we won't fit you in. Honestly no empathy or concern for the patient. I will tell everyone that I know that they should consider going somewhere else."

"The doctor is competent and recommended the perfect-for-me solution. The phone number is really just a voicemail inbox, nobody picks up, ever. You can leave a message and maybe you get a call back. I got a call the last time I tried, so maybe they're getting better..."

"I am very pleased with my experience with the team here. I felt like the NP Christina listened to me intently and gave a thorough review of my situation and my medical history. The medications were discussed in detail, including side effects. Christina took her time explaining my care guidelines and what to expect moving forward. The doctor was brief but did recap what Christina had gone over and concurred with her care plan. I am a little concerned about the check-in process. They have you check in on a tablet. As a millennial this is no issue. But to the dozens of seniors in that waiting area, it appeared to be an unnecessary point of difficulty. There was a gentleman who clearly had a tremor condition who was struggling profusely with the process and the front desk just watched him. A better level of care would be to accommodate the patients and just check them in at the desk, especially if they are having difficulty with the tablet process. I myself went through the tablet process, only for the system to fail at the last section. Let's do better and make the check in process a modern yet accommodating experience for everyone."

"Time to find a new practice. No one answers the phone. When I call I expect a person not an automated system that no one ever returns a phone call from or addresses an issue like getting a prescription refilled. Even checking into an appointment is always chaotic, usually takes more than five minutes, and have encountered rude staff a time or two. Been going here for years but not having someone answer the phone and the declining customer service is why I’m leaving otherwise I love my NP."

"Aside from having multiple issues getting someone to return my calls, I had to wait several weeks to see the neurologist to find out the DAY of my appointment that a nurse practitioner was going to assist me instead of doctor Slansky. When I got frustrated and deeply upset, Kelly got defensive and Instead of putting myself in her shoes, took it personally and answered my questions with a bad attitude. In short, for her I was just a number and Not a human being with valid concerns! The manager was Lina and validated my concerns, she was the only person worthy in the office. The rest of the staff is rude, the office furniture is in bad shape, they need to clean it up and treat patients with the kindness and respect we actually deserve!"
