"I really hate to write such a terrible review but I must feel obligated to warn people. My 1st experience was not great one lady missed my vein and her manager came and did it correctly. My 2nd experience is where it went very wrong.... I sit down where they tell me too and one of the women insert the needle and seems like everything is going okay but than her supervisor came over and said the blood isn't flowing very fast and she tells me she's going to adjust the needle while inside my arm. As soon as she did I became light headed and broke out in a sweat all over. I can only assume it was from pain or something worse. My arm was swelling and they withdrew, wrapped and iced my arm. They said they'll just go into my other arm and I said no way, I could tell something was wrong and told them absolutely not and I didn't care about the 60$ which I will get too. They made me drink a gatorade before i left. I drove myself home and was in a substantial amount of pain. No incident report, call to check or any one reaching out to see how I was. I'm including pictures in this review. I will say the people are friendly but in NO WAY properly trained or professionals. I'm very healthy and have had blood drawn or IVs on occasion and nothing has ever gone wrong. If you absolutely NEED 60$ and this is your last resort maybe you'll be okay donating here but I still wouldn't recommend it."

"This place has been going down hill. Communication is beyond poor. Three times, I've had issues at end of donations, with them either ending my return to early, machine errors etc. . I had to then sit on phone with them or specifically call them to get my payments. Then this week I called specifically and asked, did I pass my three months annual blood test. Three separate time I called, they insisted I was good to go. Got up drove first thing from Vero on a Friday morning, to find out that I didn't pass. Talked to management told me my sample only came in this morning to say I failed. Poor communication on their part. Management could care less when brought up this issue. You're just a number here to them. Thanks lfb for wasting my time, energy and gas"

"Love the staff and the wait time is fast and easy. I will recommend people to come here to LFB. There so funny and always joking around. They always remember who you are every time you come in. They always make you feel welcomed. Mrs. A is my favorite she is always on top of making sure the patient's are good. The whole staff there is amazing."
