Then Kenadie explained the difference between donating whole blood versus double red cell donation. I didn’t know that donating double red cells can be used immediately for emergencies versus whole blood having to be filtered taking days to use. He was friendly and informative. From now on I’ll be doing the double red cell donation. Thank Julio and Kenadie!"

"I had a perfect experience on the bus today in front of Wal-Mart in Tarpon Springs. Desi was my phlebotomist and was SPOT. ON. I have had issues donating due to anemia and hydration, but she was perfect. My dad was a family practitioner until the end. My mom was a wound care and ostomy nurse until she retired. I've had a long life of medicine and I can't think of any better experience with anyone else. Extra thanks to the lady with her for taking the donation behind me so Desi could hang out in case I needed anything. I love seeing coworkers having each other's backs like that! Please donate, y'all. "
