We had a major color transition from dark chocolate on some walls to almost a white. Kevin and his team remove the A/C vents, fire detectors, wall plates and anything that's removable. It's done the correct way. We had molding removed. He went out of his way to ensure we are and continue to remain happy, top notch customer service like this is non-existent nowadays.
