About the Business
Welcome to First Baptist Church Newberry, a vibrant place of worship located at 25520 West Newberry Road, Newberry, Florida. Our church is dedicated to making the biblical story accessible and transformative for everyone, everywhere. We believe the Bible is a unified story that leads to Jesus, overflowing with wisdom for our modern world.
Join us for our Sunday Service at 10:30 AM, where you will experience a blend of contemporary and traditional music, along with an expository and practical message from the Bible. Our friendly and welcoming atmosphere encourages worship that connects you to God, inspires fellow Christians, and brings peace and purpose to life. Dress comfortably, whether you prefer jeans and shirts or more formal attire.
We offer a variety of programs for all ages. Our Sunday School runs from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM, and on Wednesdays, we have a Youth & Children's Program from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, which includes a meal. Additionally, our Wednesday Bible Study takes place from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
First Baptist Church Newberry proudly supports the BibleProject, an organization that produces free Bible videos, podcasts, blogs, and educational resources to showcase the literary art of the Scriptures and emphasize its unified message. We also offer access to RightNow Media, the world’s largest customizable library of biblical video resources, and The Gospel Project, a Christ-centered, chronological Bible study curriculum for all ages.
