"Ugh. I can’t count the amount of times that they have delivered my packages to the wrong mailbox for our neighborhood. And they never pick up the phone. If they do, they make you feel like you’re burdening them to get them to do their job. This is the second neighborhood we have lived at within a mile from the post office and whoever is on our route is terrible. Our HOA FB page is littered with people trying to find their packages. Please do better. I wish I could give lower than 1 star."

"The Newberry, FL USPO is a disgrace to government services They constantly deliver to the wrong address, loose packages and have the least professional attitude. Last year we didn’t have them hold our mail and it took a week to get it. A couple months ago they delivered a pair of shoes in an open box with no shoes it and now they have no idea where an expensive sweater is that on line shows it’s being held at the Newberry PO. I went there and was told they have no idea where it is. Nobody seems to care or even calls you back. Please tell your friends and vendors to use an alternative shipping method. I just filed a fraud claim. Something is going on at this location. ."

"I mailed a card at the Newberry, FL post office over 2 weeks ago, it still has not been delivered. I placed it in the little pull down slot there in the lobby. I hope that was the right place, have never mailed anything from there before. If anyone knows if that was the right place, let me know. I am worried about it. Thank you"

"I received a notification via text that my package had an incomplete address and was unable to be delivered and I needed to pick it up by 4:30. So I checked the tracking and it stated that it was returned to the facility prior to noon and I could get it redelivered, but it wouldn't let schedule that though the toll free number and it had someone call me back. The lady who called me was unable to schedule a redelivery and suggested I just go pick it up. I was able to check the link that I received amd it advised me to provide my credit card so they could charge for re-delivery. I have already paid for shipping. What the heck????"
