"Made an appointment 2 months in advance. Showed up and they told me the provider was no longer seeing patients. They claimed they called and left a message, but I had no missed calls from them. _____________________________________________________________ Apparently, I am only able to leave one review, so I will have to edit this one. 8 months later, I have a telehealth appointment scheduled for Wednesday June 26th at 8:00 AM. The time comes and goes, and nobody reaches out. I called and left a message and no return call. I was finally able to get in touch with someone on Friday June 28th and was told that my appointment was cancelled because the provider was out and that I should have received a call. Much like my previous cancellation, I had no missed calls, no messages. I decided to check my portal to see what was in there about the appointment and it noted "Cancelled by Patient" with the reason "maja out". I also had a notification regarding the cancellation. When I looked at it, it showed that the notification happened while I was on the phone. When the rep came back on the line, I challenged her on this, and she admitted that she cancelled the appointment while I was on the phone. Since the appointment was never cancelled in the system, I have a hard time believing that somebody called me."

"They'll send you a text telling you to call them to set an appointment, and then they don't answer their phones. So you leave a message, and they send you another text. Lather, rinse, repeat. Once you're signed on and they're collecting a monthly fee from you, they couldn't care less about you. Also, they'll refer you to Valley Sleep Therapy for supplies - and they don't answer their phones, either. Edit: You'll note that the owner commented on my review without actually addressing the real problem - which is that they don't answer their phones after they've texted you to call them to make an appointment."

"The appointment was easy to pick up, strict return policy. I felt it was a hassle to get results from them and it was even worse to pay the bill. To pay onljne, you have to reach their billing service which they is often unavailable, for a login and password. It took four attempts just to pay. Make it easier on your patients to do right."

"Do yourself a favor and don't go here. First, they never answer the phone. If they do, you're on hold for a half an hour or more. Then when you actually get a person, they constantly cancel or reschedule your appointments. When you do get to meet with someone, all they want to educate you about is insurance, not the actual device or how your therapy is going. They threaten you that your insurance won't cover the device if you don't use the machine for 4 hours per night and meet with their staff within 90 days. BUT HOW CAN YOU MEET WITH THEIR STAFF IF THEY KEEP CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENTS!!!!???? Shame on this place and shame on the owner! they do not respect your time or your medical issue. Again, Do. Not. Go. Here!"
