"This picture is my friend JoAnn who used to work at U-Haul a few years ago. U-Haul has there ups and downs. They really need to get there ducks in order. Certain staff need to stop condemning others and pointing out others mistakes and look in the mirror and see what they are doing or did wrong on there part. Stuff people don't see cause they work there. They can try to get away with things that are not right but it will all come out in the end. However they are the cheapest U-Haul truck rental and storage facility rental around. I think ALL the U-Haul locations should have 24 hour access. It's a huge inconvenience for me not to be able to get into my unit I pay $180.00 a month. Makes no sense that only a handful have 24 access and the rest don't. I need to be able to get into my unit 24/7"
