New owners. Looks like they are cleaning the place up. Better customer service. Security gates' back up. Feel like my stuff is better protected now."

Not only have I experienced two break-ins, where my unit was compromised and my lock found on the ground, but on another occasion, they cut my lock off due to a late payment and negligently placed their lock in the wrong hole, leaving my unit wide open for anyone to access. Despite police reports filed, their security measures remain abysmal. A warning to anyone considering storing their belongings here: think twice.""

"Overall a good storage facility. I've been using it for a few months. Generally seems to be a secure place. There was a period of a week or so a short time ago when the entrance gate was stuck open. I called the first time I noticed it and got a call back. The second time I called I never heard back. They finally fixed it and haven't noticed any problem since."
