"Austin Torres Did a Fantastic job for me today! I locked my keys in my car and I was told there would be a 45 minute wait and he arrived in 10 minutes, had my car open in less than that, and saved me $50! “Locksmith guy” a local competitor, said “between $80 and $120” and when I asked why, I was told that a concrete price would only be given after the service was complete and that “all locks are different” (obviously) whereas pop a lock told me exactly what I would pay ($73) over the phone."

"The technician Pop-a-lock sent was good at his job, he had no issues unlocking the car without any damage. I was very happy for that. However, I CAN’T say the same thing about the lady in the office. She lied through her teeth about how long it would be before a tech would arrive. I was originally told 30 minutes to an hour. When I called back to check an hour & 5 minutes later, she got defensive with me saying they still had another 15 minutes left in their arrival window. Not true, it’s too easy with today’s technology to look at my phone and get the timestamp of the calls. She went on to lie more by guessing when the tech would arrive and told me it would be 15 minutes. Well, 24 minutes later I receive a text from the technician stating he was 20 minutes from arriving. If these people were honest about the arrival time, I would have called a tow truck or locksmith. Instead they straight up lied to me to get my business. My vehicle was running for almost 2 hours because of their lie. I cannot in good faith recommend a company that needs to lie to you in order to get your business."
"Great service BOTH times! I unfortunately have had to get a battery jump two consecutive weeks in a row and both times Scott showed up to assist. He communicated his departure & estimated arrival, got here in less than 25 minutes , and was incredibly professional and kind throughout the process. Highly recommend!"
"Scott did an Awesome job and did not take long to put on my spare tire. He came out right away and kept in contact with me until he arrived. Another company had me stranded and waiting for 2 hours on the side of the road and then cancelled out of no where. Scott was there within 30 minutes after that. Thank you Scott! I wish my insurance company would have sent you first!"
