"I want to thank Brian smith for the outstanding customer service that he provided. The sidewalks in our neighborhood were removed and replaced. After the contractor was finished our vinyl fence had concrete splatter all over it. I spoke with Brian on the phone explaining what had happened and within 2 days he himself cleaned off all the concrete splatter. The city could use more employees like him. Thank you Brian Smith."
"They have excellent customer service; whenever I've called or been to their office, they've been really nice. For example, I had a big puddle near the water meter a few months ago, I called them, and they promptly sent someone to my house to check it out."
"Really easy payment options, they are quite friendly in the office. It's just like any other bill, just pay it on time and you'll always have water. I do wish they included a trash service."
"I made a payment online giving my account number And routing number apparently something went wrong And the payment didn't go threw. However instead of emailing me or calling me too fix the problem right away cause you are made to give this information so i know they have it. They charge me a 35$ nsf fee! This was not a nsf it was glitch in the system And too charge me this fee which almost doubled my bill i believe is a suckers way of getting more money. I think these people should have called and given me a chance to resend my info instead of charging me And sending me a notice by mail."
