"The only reason this is worth 1 star is because the support and office staff is very friendly and compassionate. This clinic misdiagnosed me with "unexplained infertility" - meanwhile I got a second opinion from a nearby clinic and received 3 diagnoses- all of which SHOULD have been caught by this office as they were aware of my symptoms. Instead of running more tests, they slapped me with a 3000$ quote for IUI after numerous times in which I expressed concerns over symptoms I had. Do yourself a favor and see a doctor which actually cares to find the explanation for your infertility, rather than one just trying to make a quick buck. Had I successfully gotten pregnant with the IUI, I would have, with certainty, miscarried due to my untreated underlying issues (all reproductive related)."

"If you care about consent and sovereignty over your body, this is not the office for you. I explicitly declined certain tests and they went ahead and ordered the tests I declined anyway. When I called to ask to stop the order they refused because they couldn't reach the doctor to confirm it was okay to stop the order. It is MY choice what tests are done on my body and bodily fluids not the doctors. If you care about having your questions answered in order to make the most aligned choices for yourself, this is not the office for you. I emailed multiple times my questions about some of the tests they wanted to perform and multiple times I was refused an answer. The coordinator insisted she would answer my questions when I came into the office for the test. I needed my questions answered before so I could decide if I wanted the test at all in the first place. Lastly, if you care about having clear communication with your doctor and their office staff, this is not the office for you. I had a telehealth appointment scheduled this morning at 8am to go over my test results. It's 8:25 and I'm still waiting. No one reached out to me to let me know the doctor was running late. I've called twice this morning already to see what's going on and still no definite answer about if my appointment will still happen. I still haven't even received the link to join the telehealth appointment."
