"Owner Steve is a crook. I rented an area that was advertised as space for Food Truck. The space was more cost than what it would have been for normal storage space. I put an $800 deposit on space and even paid $800 for sod to make it look better. After I left the space that was fully paid, I was told I would not get my deposit back. No lease was ever signed, only a contract for storage that was month to month. The property has multiple people living in the storage area so security was a concern which I installed cameras on my trailer. The County should probably do an inspection of this place. I'll give them a call. Rent there at your own risk."

We reserved our spot online with no issues the process was so easy and received my confirmation email and text to let me know my site number and entry code. Very happy with the owner and the service we are receiving!
