"2 stars instead of 1 because my mailman rocks. The post office however is RUDE. Scowling clerks with bad attitudes. I dread having to come here in person. Last time the clerk gave me a super hard time about shipping a priority box flat(tened). She was nasty and condescending. I got the feeling she challenged me just to get an upper hand and be hostile. After I stood my ground she checked with several other employees and found out that I was correct with my packaging - you CAN ship flat. This po needs an attitude overhaul and maybe some additional training."

"Stole my mail and can't be bothered to answer where it is. I have no tracking number since it was left in a dropbox. The automated phone service is an endless loop of the same questions, intentionally infuriating. I'm just gonna pull up and raise hell."

"The ladies working in there are rude. And I’m being nice. First, they screwed up my PO Box service when they entered into the computer. I had to come back again and show my ID again because she didn’t do it right. And then I had to come back again and she was rude again. I very much highly regret getting a PO Box at this office. I wish I would’ve gone to Shady Hills or one of the other offices. UGG do better."

"I’ve had numerous positive experiences at this specific post office! I have sent many letters, and packages through here, and they all arrived safely! It really expedites the process if you have prepaid labels, you can just have them scan a QR code on your phone, and you are good to go! Websites like pirate ship or EBAY offer these labels at discounted prices, so you save money in the long run! Perfect for shipping items to any region in the United States or even some international areas. The clerks are also all very nice and helpful!"

"Steven and Shelly need a course in customer service. They were just giving me generic answers about my missing mail that wasn't properly being delivered and talking to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. They kept saying you're forwarding was active. couldn't help with my missing packages including my sons birthday cards and my welcome packet from law school.Steven was super rude to because he couldn't help me without a traking number. Funny my cousin works for USPS AND WAS ABLE TO FIND THE PACKAGE WITHOUT A TRACKING NUMBER.!!! Thankfully thanks to OTHER people my packages are on the way."
