"No cashiers Fir ex to use self check out. It would process the items. After several mins a heller came over. She had an attitude and couldn’t process the transaction. She then took us to another machine. After several mins she turns to my wife and said here is your receipt. My wife looked she had run the item up three times. Didn’t check her work. We showed her and she said j can’t help you. You must go to customer service and walked away. At customer service she refunded yhe charges. She ask if military I said yes and the girl said she applied the discount. She had not. So customer service returned all funds and ran it properly with the military discount. I try not use our Lowe’s until they have cashiers available once again."

"Love this store! Everyone is kind and willing to go the extra mile. I bought new construction house and used them for everything (appliances, ceiling fans, blinds, mower, all fencing material) They blow Home Depot Pace out of the water with their customer service!"

"Couldn't order an item in store that was available online. They said they couldn't even see it on their system? Then the App wouldn't accept the credit card information along with a $200 gift card. Finally ordered via the website. It was a major hassle on a phone but got it done. Said it would be here Monday. Hadn't gotten any messages so I checked my email tonight (Wednesday). Item supposedly arrived a week ago and now the order has been cancelled because it wasn't picked up. But it wasn't supposed to be here until 2 days ago on Monday. I could have gotten the item cheaper elsewhere but I had gotten a Lowe's gift card as a gift and needed to use it. Now I know why I shop at Home Depot."

"Great experience when we went to buy materials to upgrade our bathroom. Bryan at the Pro Desk, Josh in flooring, a gentleman in plumbing and two others in paint were so helpful and friendly. I 'm 74 and really appreciated the service and patience! My products were delivered and 2 were left out but my main complaint was the paint was not tinted with our selection and this created a major problem since we are about 75 miles away. My rating now is three stars."
