"I had scheduled my donations last week, when I scheduled my donations online I filled out the form stating what I was donating. I scrolled down the list of items they accept most important was my Queen size MATTRESS, saw that I could donate so I scheduled appt and the date was 9/19/23! Waited ALL DAY at home for pick up since times they gave was 11-2. Called them at 1:30 just to be told that I didn’t order the right size truck so they won’t be picking up mattress. I’ll NEVER DONATE TO this charity again. It’s a fabulous mattress that they just lost out on with 5 pairs of unworn shoes and beautiful artwork!"

"I schedule all of my donations online and have never had an issue over the past many years. One time I even forgot to put out my donations and the organization even rescheduled my pickup. I have donated all sorts of items."

"I scheduled a donation pickup online. They showed up to my home when expected and took all of my items rather quickly. Glad to help a worthy cause, and they make it so convenient too!"

"Absolutely horrible experience! They are the epitome of laziness for a charity organization. I wanted to donate a 3-piece desk set which was absolutely gorgeous, pristine condition, and can easily go for $500 if I had the time and energy to actually sell it. The first time around, the driver said the desk looked great but brought too small of a truck. He reorganized a new pickup date a month later. So now it’s been 2 months, the next driver comes, brings the exact same truck. Then states that the desk is something they don’t accept. I find it unbelievable that one driver, the dispatcher, all at the desk is acceptable and everything will be great, then all of the sudden, it’s something they don’t accept. This was aggravating and a complete waste of time! Please avoid the laziness of this company. A charity organization should not be an inconvenience to those trying to the right thing. Shame."

"DO NOT DONATE TO THIS " FOUDATION"! First pick up did not happen as the driver informed us that the furniture should be assembled. Second ick up (now with everything assembled) driver says that pieces should look brand new (really?!) and also said that pieces should not be assembled (go figure). Weird enough, a minifridge that they took had a bunch of scratches (but for some reason this was not a problem). Jessica, the person that answered my call did not seem to bother with the issues related by me. If this is really Foundation, pickup service and vendors that they use should be better trained or better yet REPLACED."
