"Word of warning… the clerk, Sue, at that AMI post office is extremely rude and verbally abusive to customers. I went in with a smile on my face this morning and I walked out in tears. Fortunately, I understand that this type of behavior comes from very angry, frustrated and unhappy individuals. As much as I did not appreciate being bullied, I also hope a ray of sunlight shines on Sue to open her heart."
