"We just arrived for our five week stay and encountered an issue with the rental. I called the customer service line and spoke to Marina. She is a gem. She listened to my issue, asked a few questions, consulted with her colleagues and came up with a solution. But here’s the impressive part. She followed up a few times with me during the day to provide status updates. That was reassuring to us. She also expedited the work order, got the workmen to the house before the end of the day and the issue is now resolved. My wife is happy and therefore all is well. Thank you Marina. Excellent, welcoming hospitality and warm, friendly and responsive support from management. Clean accommodations and VERY comfortable beds. That is unusual in a vacation rental and stood out as one of my favorite aspects. I’d sit in my comfy bed with the big sliding door open and just listen to the waves… heavenly!"
