"Recently I took my car to the St Augustine location for repairs. I noticed grinding and shaking when I would attempt to slow down and stop. It had become so bad and embarrassing that I called for an appointment while waiting in the parent pick up line at my child's school. Spoke with a rep who got me scheduled for an immediate appointment. The day of the appointment, I drop my car off and left bc I scheduled another appointment. It wasn't 30 minutes before I get a call informing me that my car was done. WHAT?! Head back to pick up my car and was headed my keys. Talked with 2 guys, Von and Alex who briefed me on my car and explained the issue very thoroughly to me. I won't go into details on how I had recently had a brake job at another local shop, but B4L fixed that issue and I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED. What turned out to be a simple fix for them, was an astronomical BLESSING for me. I've previously only had my brakes repaired by these guys, but out of sheer convenience, I decided to go elsewhere. "I took my van in for a brake checkup and experiencing no issues but have 89,000 miles and have never had brake pads. They checked both front and back brakes and said front brakes were at 8mm and were good put back brake pads were needed.I was there a total of an hour and a half and was very satisfied with the work and price."

"I called to make an appointment to get my free brake inspection and was able to come in the very next day at any time that was easiest for me. I got here and was immediately greeted and checked in! They said it could be up to 45 minutes to inspect my brakes but it barely took 20. It barely took 1 1/2 hours to get all that was needed completed! Matt the manager and Ben were extremely helpful and made everything simple for me (seeing how I know nothing about brakes). 10/10 !!"
