"Very poor customer service. Entered this store on 7/10/23 at 7:45 pm to buy a starter. One employee on the phone assisting a customer while the two other employees were not doing anything important that I couldn't be helped. The employee on the phone finished helping the customer on the phone and hung up. He then told me that someone would help me and walked away. Who is going to help me? Waited 15 minutes for poor service. Oreillys 2 employees up the street both greeted me and helped get what I needed."
"Went in looking for an air filter for my motorcycle. Without even looking it up the guy said it would take a "long time". Said they don't get much call for them. So I left. I went about a quarter mile down the street to the O'Reilly's parts store. They didn't have one in stock, but were more than happy to have it for me the next day‼"
