"My daughter came to Dr.Wood office early this year, at first Dr. Wood and her nurse express concerns. Whenever my daughter had lab work there was no phone call from the nurse for the results. Left several messages for the results, no return calls. Now my daughter found out on yesterday again 11/29/22 the very important lab work which was drawn before Thanksgiving was lost. WHAT??????? Many excuses from Dr. Wood, the nurse and office manager. Rude, disrespectful, no concern for the importants of this test. I would not recommend this office to anyone"

"At first my Experience was great got my a1c under control and I thought she was the greatest. Then I requested refills and my online pharmacy informed me that the dr would not refill without a visit well I did not understand this as my dr has my number and I make all my appts so I called the dr and this rude person got on the phone and says the dr will not refill your prescription cause you have not been here in a year. so i say no one has made me aware of any appt that i missed and she say that does not matter she is telling me what the dr said and that she was not going to debate it with me . so I say mam I am not trying to debate with you I am trying to find a solution this is my medication that were talking about. at this time Dr Wood got on the phone and she said first things first you will not be rude to my staff and I said mam i have not been rude to anyone at that time she hung up the phone. I am sitting there looking at my wife wondering what just happened"
