"I booked an appointment online as a new patient. I arrived 15 minutes early as indicated on the email. I waited to be checked in by providing my phone number. The front desk associate asked me if a 45 minute wait was okay? I said “I guess”. After waiting over 45 minutes I was asked for my number which I provided again. I was then asked for my ID which I provided. I was then given an iPad to fill out the new patient questionnaire. All the while about 4 patients had been seen. After I finished the questionnaire I handed the iPad back and continued to wait. At this point I’ve waited an hour and 15 minutes with an appointment only for yet another patient to be called before me. I just left and I won’t return. I value my time and I’m reasonable but this was ridiculous."

My adjustment was so perfect that I even got emotional with how much relief I felt. She explained everything to the tea, and I ended up getting the wellness package.
