"Most definitely a scam CONFIRMED! False promises. Nothing is even close to the truth. We're out $3500 AND signed over our timeshare. These crooks should be behind bars. STILL THE BIGGEST LIE IN 2023!! CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY and other agencies to investigate them."

"SCAM!!!!! I wish there was a way to give a zero rating... Over $2000 my parents spent for a family vacation program that promised annual reward dollars. Almost two years after signing, I am STILL trying to get these credits. No one calls back or has tried to resolve. The fulfillment agency RS Vacations, has been unable to help and twice has said they do not handle The Vacation Shoppe. This company is shady and does not fulfill their obligations stated in the contract. They prey upon people not computer savvy enough to look them up......DO YOUR RESEARCH if you are looking to do a deal with them. They are not listed on the BBB as a member, but have an F rating just from the complaints from people and the company's inability to respond or resolve the complaint. I would love to know how the other people posting comments and ratings as 5 stars here are so happy....."

"Scam Artists - Stay Clear. In March 2016 we purchased a membership at a "reduced" price of $4000 in addition to the deed to our timeshare. Our sole reason for joining was because they agreed to take the timeshare. Since that time, they never transferred the deed from our name to theirs. I have emailed, faxed, phoned and written letters - no one does anything. When we reach a live person on the phone, they apologize and promise to investigate and get back to us. They never do. WE filed a complaint with the BBB, which they never responded to. We had to pay over $1300 to the timeshare company in late fees, legal fees, maintenance and taxes because TVS never recorded the deed. Stay clear of them!"

"Went to the Vacation Shop for a free Cruise. They had my wife and me sit through a presentation which was very informative and entertaining. They showed us how we could save a lot of money on our vacations. We decided to join the program we are very satisfied with the program and the service. I would encourage anyone to go and check it out."

"They invited us down for presentation promised a one week Norwegian Cruise Line vacation. We didn't get it, we did get $50 cash and a sweet wine? Not exactly a one week cruise on Norwegian! By the way the vacation club we were shown, we had a terrible experience with. Promises, promises promises. It's June 30th, 2015 not the "Free Trip Cruise" costs $745! What a fee deal!!!!"
