"Beautiful spot close to the beach. The pool is great and there is a dock at the site where you can use your kayak. Beautiful mangroves nearby. Safe, peaceful, beautiful spot."
"Poor man's paradise.... They don't make them like this anymore... It is hidden and out of the way. Wonderful to have a lake in my backyard. Extremely quiet at night. No one's here in the summer i'm almost by myself. I love it like that... Nothing's perfect but it's close."
"Edgewater Pine is one of our favorite half-dozen Resident-Owned Communities (ROC) -- and we've probably visited half of Pinellas' 200 ROC MHP. No units were available at Edgewater when we were shopping (we ended up purchasing elsewhere.)"
