"Today I stood for 5 minutes in front of the “receptionist “ Lisa waiting to at least be acknowledged while waiting to ask a question!! She was on a phone call and instead of just saying “I’ll be with you in a moment “, she totally ignored me and didn’t even give me eye contact. When she finally got off the phone and asked me what I wanted, I explained that I lost my sunglasses and wondered if they had a lost and found. She asked for a detailed description of my prescription sunglasses, turned and briefly looked in a draw and said no. Having worked as a receptionist, including for Asbury Park city hall with many more extensions than she was dealing with but never , never ignored someone standing in front of me while I continued on a phone call. Obviously she could use a brush up training on how to treat a visitor!! Terrible customer service from her !!!!"
"Considering this is a county office, the displays and information were at a State level quality. Very impressed by the quality of Pinellas parks and the county park system in general."
