"READ ENTIRE COMMENT. This is where we live year round. Prices are fare, includes water & sewer hook ups . Free Wi-Fi. Lavatory,showers,laundry & small clubhouse-No Pool.All kinds of stores & restaurants in walking distance. This is our 2nd year & we are very pleased. Dorothy the manager & Kay the assistant manager without a doubt are the most gracious,respectful people you will ever meet. Just follow the simple rules . Thank You, Ken & Doris Adams"
"●THIS PARK HAS MORE RULES THAN EFFORTS ●IN KEEPING THE ENVIRONMENT CLEAN OR PLEASANT ●THE BATHROOMS ARE ■NOT CLEANED DAILY BECAUSE I TAKE DAILY SHOWERS SO I WOULD KNOW ●THE FANS IN THE BATHROOM ARE UNFATHOMABLY DIRTY - I AM PRETTY SURE IT IS A ■HAZARD TO BREATH IN THAT KIND OF DIRT. AND THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO PUT YET ANOTHER ■UNFRIENDLY SIGN TO NOT TURN OFF THESE HAZARD DIRTY FANS! THIS PARK IS TOO ■EXPENSIVE FOR HOW FAR FROM THE BEACH IT IS AND THE UNFRIENDLY RULES THAT FOLLOW ■LAZY EFFORTS TO MAKE IT PLEASANT FOR VOCATIONERS! ●THIS PARK IS A 10-15 MIN DRIVE TO NEAREST BEACH (IF YOU CAN FIND PAID PARKING) LOL"
"Controlling little guys with some ego issues running this lot, who love to pick on girls and pick and choose who they enforce their rules with the hardest. Don’t go here alone ladies, I just watched them threaten to call the police over a dog walking 5-6 ft from the rv straight into the car, and threaten to tow her car over it being parked in front of the RV while I packed my things up and left for 5 minutes while I was in her space. Pathetic customer service to paying customers haha grow up."
"Staff was super nice and let me know exactly what I needed to know for booking in the winter months. Disapointed to hear that because my 2007 unit was too old we could not even be considered. Our rig looks better than most. Not sure why some parks are starting to get too picky. I'm always happy to send photos, so its not like they have to take my word for it."
"It is a quiet park. In a transition period. Making it an RV only park. Within two years there won't be any mobile homes. It is very close to all beaches. Definitely stay here."
