"Love the design of the building,,,really looks like an ocean wave which is so indicative of Dunedin! Truly a building citizens will be proud of for years to come. Smart to build it now since land is so scarce here and will only get more expensive in the future."

"The building is stunning, and I couldn’t wait to get inside, as they were building it, to see how that looked! It’s very modern, high ceilings, very up-to-date, and a very Good representation of Dunedin. If you want a physical workout on a stairstepper, all you have to do is take the stairs up to the main lobby from the back of the building, it’s a great workout. It also has a large parking lot in the back which helps greatly. Parking in Dunedin is at a premium and this really helps."

"Absolutely beautiful building with stunning architecture to represent such an amazing city. A big improvement from the last city hall. The building has lots of parking and is great."

"Absolutely ridiculous that u wouldn't approve Cricketers to get a permit for their annual St. Patrick's day event, something the restaurant relies on for revenue the whole year. The owner had already made arrangements for band and vendors. They haven't been able to do this the past 2 years due to covid, this year it was time to let them get back on their feet. Typically political move completely not in line with what "the people" want. Downtown Dunedin will be booming while this event will be closed"
